Sewell Group has a long and illustrious history dating back over 135 years. Core divisions include Investment, Project Development, Construction, Facilities Management (all of which fall under our Estates umbrella) and Retail.

We are proud to say that in February 2011 we were named in the Best Companies list for the third year running, maintaining the ‘extraordinary’ status we were awarded 12 months previously. Later in the year Sewell Construction also earned a prestigious Gold Award in the Considerate Constructors Scheme’s 2011 National Site Awards.

For over two decades Sewell Retail has been a core division of the Sewell Group. Our portfolio includes a range of high quality petrol / convenience retail outlets at the heart of communities in locations that are most convenient to our customers.

professional services team

Sewell FM offer a full range of tailored, cost-effective packages for all purposes including Hard FM, planned and reactive buildings maintenance services, together with provision of soft services such as cleaning, grounds maintenance and site supervision.

For 130 years we have been a preferred and repeat choice through the combination of experience in creating some of the region's most significant buildings, along with progressive delivery techniques and a track record of delivering high quality, on time and on budget.

Sewell has replaced traditional procurement with more favourable single team stakeholder partnerships ensuring the delivery of our knowledge, expertise and resources to guarantee best value solutions for our client partners across Education, Health, Commercial and Industrial Sectors.

project development

Our Project Development team is based at The Studio, a building that was developed in partnership with our supply chain and something of which we are very proud.

The Studio is an innovative concept and a first for the city. It will enable us to deliver and share best practise and continuous improvement internally, within our supply chain and amongst partner organisations. It is designed to help continually improve, to innovate and to prepare the company for future growth and development.

investment

This includes access to, and the provision of, funding packages which give the innovative solutions that have become the Sewell hallmark, particularly in the field of PPP (Public Private Partnership).
