Our vision to be world-class underpins Sewell FM’s approach to facilities management. We provide the perfect balance between delivering on our maintenance responsibilities and providing a professional and effective response that is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year.

Our reputation is built on the success of our Education PFI and NHS LIFT Healthcare projects. Under long-term contracts, Sewell FM, under the guidance of Martin Stead, provides facilities management services to all of the above high-spec facilities with the aim of keeping them as pristine as the day they were built.

We provide an integrated approach to extended services such as caretaking, catering and long-term buildings maintenance, including mechanical & electrical, and grounds maintenance, through to detailed life-cycle planning and superior delivery.

We offer a full range of tailored, cost-effective packages for all purposes including Hard FM, planned and reactive buildings maintenance services, together with provision of soft services such as cleaning, grounds maintenance and site supervision.

We utilise a mature supply chain of suppliers and specialist service partners. Access to our FM service is available via a help-desk Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) System that provides a simple, single point of contact for all of our clients.

All services are provided through a single relationship ranging from simple reactive buildings maintenance through to full preventative and reactive maintenance plans, on to total facilities management. We continue to work alongside a diverse set of stakeholders.
