Our in-house development team offers the full service; including site find, acquisition / land assembly, planning, technical advice, design, construction and facilities management in order to produce a development that meets the customer’s needs.

This includes access to, and the provision of, funding packages which give the innovative solutions that have become the Sewell hallmark, particularly in the field of PPP (Public Private Partnership).

The team has developed and manage a diverse portfolio alongside other long-term development partnerships including significant Education, Health and Community initiatives.

We have a broad base of experience and are able to cover a wide spectrum of commercial development including offices, industrial and retail space. This is now coupled with expertise in the Private Finance Initiative (PFI) and NHS Local Improvement Finance Trusts (LIFT), in which we can truly be seen as pioneers.
