Building maintenance had become full Facilities Management, and Investment broadened its spectrum to include the advent of business involvement in the delivery of Public Services through the Private Finance Initiative (PFI) and the Public Private Partnership (PPP). We now have a special track record in the delivery of innovative, pioneering projects by being able to provide Integrated Solutions free of the traditional friction in the Development process. This is enabled by having the main functions in house under one umbrella.
We recognise the importance of managing and developing our projects in a collaborative and sustainable way. We are guided by our clients but our own creative approach will add value and make us part of their guaranteed success. Working with partner organisations, including the NHS and Local Authorities, we go beyond the "basic transaction" to a place where true community regeneration occurs. This area of our website showcases some of our work ranging from building schools, health centres to community centres and working with Blue Chip companies. But we don’t just create facilities that are made to last. Our objective is to become an integrated part of community life by making sure that we contribute to the health and social well being in the areas that our projects serve.
